A wonderful quilt for male or female, this striking twin sized Lone Star has a solid pale blue background.  The star is pieced in light dusky rose, navy, deep burgundy, soft lemon and medium sky blue then repeating, starting in the center and working out.  Slightly sloppy hand quilting accounts for the low price (perhaps this was a first quilt?)
