Ohio Star Twins

When my daughter found out her sister-in-law was expecting twins, she asked me (of course) to make baby quilts. I hadn't been quilting long and was eager to try the Ohio Star pattern. Since the parents didn't want to know the sex of the babies, I was flying blind. But I had some beautiful new fabrics I couldn't wait to use, royal blue and purple butterflies and another with golden yellow and orange jonquils. So I went ahead and made these, trusting that she wouldn't have two boys. It turned out she had a boy and a girl. How perfect is that!?!
