| This was my first attempt at trapunto and it took a blue ribbon in my first quilt show! I started out to make a wholecloth quilt, but as I was marking the quilting pattern I realized that it really needed "something". I took the problem to F.F. and, as usual, she came up with the perfect fabric for accent. I used it for two narrow borders around the amish feather quilting and as the binding. It now hangs in one of the Ball mansions in Muncie, IN | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
