Amish Lullabye

Unfortunately, Amish Lullabye has been stolen. It was taken right out of my mother's garage. It was on top of the washer and someone came in the open door and just took it!

This 42" square baby quilt was my tribute to the Amish women that I admire so much. Everything about their lifestyle appeals to me. The quilt is made up of solid-colored half-square triangles arranged so that it forms an eight-pointed star, in the center of which is appliqued a young Amish woman bending over a cradle. The quilting is simple, except in the black border, where I have feather quilting.
